We want to get to know you. After we schedule a meeting, we’ll have a preliminary chat to learn more about your accomplishments. We may also ask you to complete an assignment so you can demonstrate your skills.
This will be followed by team interviews. This could consist of one-on-ones with partners at our company, or a group meet-up with your department.
After we check your references— ideally, previous supervisors or managers that can vouch for you— we’ll make you an offer. After you start, you’ll jump right in. This is a fast industry, and we’ll get you up-to-speed quickly with our one-week training program.
