MLG Blockchain is the enterprise blockchain practice of GDA Group, a merchant bank in digital assets. GDA Group is a property of Gord Holdings. There is one direct parent; the chain carries the rest.
This matters commercially rather than only structurally. An engagement can move from architecture through delivery to financing inside one firm, because the capital side of the business is the same business.
