Privacy notice
This notice covers mlgblockchain.com and the personal data the practice handles through it. Group-level privacy terms — covering GDA Group as a whole — are canonical on gda.group and are not restated here.
What this site collects
The site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts. There is no tracking pixel, no tag manager, and no cross-site identifier. Search is performed in your browser against an index built when the site is deployed, so search queries are not sent to us or to anyone else.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent — which are used to operate and secure the service and are retained for a short period. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
If you send an enquiry
The enquiry form collects the organisation, name, work email, the segment you selected, an optional stage, and what you write in the message. We use it to answer you and, where a conversation follows, to manage the engagement. It reaches the practice’s own people; it is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you chose to send, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twelve months.
Who we share it with
Our email and document providers process it on our behalf under contract. Where an enquiry is properly GDA Group’s — capital raising, private placement, OTC — we will tell you before routing it there rather than after. Categories of subprocessor are listed on the data processing page.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our handling of it. Write to press@mlgblockchain.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with the response you can complain to the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Engagement data
Personal data we process while delivering an engagement is governed by the data processing agreement with that client rather than by this notice; in that context we are the processor and the client is the controller. Our approach is described on the trust centre.
Changes
Material changes will be dated at the top of this page. This notice describes what the site does today; it is written to be checked against the site rather than to be reassuring, and if you find a discrepancy we would like to know.
