Bounded pilot
A pilot scoped to one workflow with a hard limit, so it can be instrumented properly and judged honestly. A pilot scoped to "agent-assisted operations" broadly is not a pilot; it is an open-ended programme wearing a pilot’s budget.
What good looks like
One workflow, a stated success measure, a spending ceiling, and a decision date on which the pilot either widens on evidence or stops.
