Distribution & community systems

Allowlisting, eligibility and campaign operations for programme operators who must be able to show who received what and why. This is the firm’s ICO-era tooling rebuilt for a compliance-first buyer; the original products were discontinued in 2019 and are described in the past tense on the history page.
IN DESIGNDesigned with a working prototype, pre-build.

Evidence for that status: The ICO-era tooling was discontinued in 2019. The compliance-first rebuild is scoped, not built.

What it does

Eligibility and allowlisting

Rule-based eligibility with a record of the rule version each decision was made under.

Distribution

Scheduled and conditional distribution with limits, and a reconciliation of what was actually delivered.

Programme operations

Campaign configuration, participant support tooling and an export for reporting.

White-labelled, and not

Yours

  • Brand, domain and the participant-facing interface
  • Eligibility rules and campaign configuration
  • Communications templates

Not white-labelled

  • Any regulatory permission to distribute an instrument
  • Sanctions and screening data subscriptions
  • Legal assessment of a programme’s structure

Integration surface

REST for eligibility and distribution; webhooks on participant state; an export designed to be handed to a compliance reviewer without transformation.

Who operates what

The licensee owns the programme and its regulatory position. We own the software. Screening and sanctions data come from the licensee’s own subscriptions — we integrate them, we do not resell them.
